YOUR THE CURE ACTION ALERT! BETTER HEALTH IN 10MIN.

What can you get for just 10 minutes?

A lifetime of better health.

No, this isn’t an infomercial for some “miracle” plan. It’s a simple fact: if you increase your physical activity by just 10 minutes every day, you can lower your risk of long term disease. And this is true for our children too— many of whom, as you know, don’t get nearly enough physical activity in school every day.

That’s why we are a part of the #Commit2Ten campaign, a national push to get every American to commit to 10 additional minutes of physical activity each day.

Tell your governor today: sign the pledge to #Commit2Ten and help build a healthier, stronger state.

As our children head back to school, too many may find themselves without access to physical education or enough physical activity during the day. In fact, research shows only 1 in 3 kids are getting enough physical activity each day. That’s a trend we must reverse.

We’re asking your governor to sign this pledge to show support for increasing physical activity in schools, starting with expanding physical education. We’ve also challenged the governor to join in the fun, lead by example and exercise 10 more minutes each day too.

We told your governor to expect to hear from you. Will you take just 2 minutes to add your name to the challenge right now?

Thanks for all you do! Together, we can help make our state a healthier place.
