TC ECKSTEIN VOCALESE KICKING OFF 2017 WITH A BANG KEEPING HEALTH IN CHECK!

My Gluten free morning Oatmeal with added fresh fruit apple slices (Gala) and a 1/4 tsp. of Mixed Dark Berries/ Pineapple smoothie - fruit & veggie spinach- carrot  blend poured in and drinking bottled water with fresh peeled chopped ginger added and Chia Seeds.  Gives amazing energy and cuts post nasal winter nausea (also due to meds).

I workout to Leslie Sansone's American Heart Association 's 3 mile walk and rotate with free weights, exercise ball and treadmill and zumba daily. I've lost 70 lbs in 6 mos. My Heart Disease and Diabetes is better controlled. A grandmother at 51, I plan to be around much longer. If I can do it , you can too.
